Today the stakeholders led by the CPSB met to assess on the progress of the system's roll out. According to the Chief Officer for Administration & Public Service- Philip Towett, the Public Service Sector is focussing on enhancing effective staff management for a result oriented Service delivery. Towett said this platform will provide data to support routine and repetitive human resource decision making and planning.

Speaking during the meeting, Eliseba Arusei, a member of the Board, pointed out that the system will also be integrated with the online Jobs portal rolled out for Public Service Board so as to help in managing Human resource need assessment and the recruitment process.
